Bits of Budva.

Budva is another town in Montenegro. I find it difficult to like this town. Taking photos of it is just as difficult.

Chasing after touristic and financial interests Budva lost its identity and logic, acquiring chaotic angles and hectic patterns. When I saw bits that made sense, I took photos of those.

This hangs from a ceiling of a cafe.

“chaotic angles and hectic patterns” — evocative. !!

That ocean looks gorgeous and so inviting! Ours looks gray gray gray…

    (glad you’re cooling off!)

  2. You did well with what you had! And, HI!!!!!

It seems like everywhere has a town that changed its character. Here in Colorado, it’s two old gold-mining towns that were sleepy that are less sleepy now with casinos along their main streets. The thing hanging from the cafe ceiling, very strange.

I think I’ve seen that photographer before … always holding a camera or something to her face. 🙂

    Have a good weekend.

It looks like a perfect place for tourists, I think. 😮
